today, for the first time in so long, i realised that under the picture says that:

everyone has seen the sqd tee designs right (we're still waiting for the front design)
if you havent come look for me.
we're having yellow for the squad tee, but if we cannot get a correct shade of yellow, we'll be taking white.

for POP item, we'll be singing 3 songs.
the first one is decided and we will be discussing and choosing the other 2 songs during next cca, 2705

We've already gotten the designs for the squad tee, so please inform shirley/tomoe about your squad tee size asap. There's Small, Medium and Large.

And for those who didn't go down for the meeting today:
As you all know, POP's coming soon. We need ideas for the squad item, please contribute as many ideas as you have. We will be taking videos in groups of fives, so please group yourselves together. I think the secthrees will be calling us to go down one day in the June holidays to show them our item and take videos, and we can practice for our item as well.

Hello sqdmates.
We are thinking of getting the sqd tee done by *** so we can wear it by then. [yes you knw wht we mean right! ;)]
We have the design for the back which was approved alr, bt we still don't have anything for the front.
So pls try to think of any designs and sketch it out and give them to Shirley/Tomoe(2P) by Wednesday(19/4) recess time. If you cnt find them, ask someone in cls to put it on their table.
And improvisations can be made during CCA when everyone can get a look at them.
If we really don't get anything, we will just use anything we can come up with.
[then um it might be too late to do anything lah. sent to supplier alr.]
So pls try. Anything that you think that can represent us is fine.

This is my response. I would also like to tell those who are concerned, specifically that person who wrote that post concerning this who don't even want to put down her name, that "the "rachel-jacy-michelle" affair" isn't anything small, no matter how you see it.

Because you are not directly involved in it, you don't understand how dangerous it is. It concerns somebody else's Chinese PPR mark for the rest of the year, and how she is going to be treated by Zhuang for the rest of the year. You might not have been taught by Zhuang. But what I can tell you is that she isn't easy to deal with. Especially when she hates you to the core. And unless you are dumb, or you come from Jupiter, you would know that this year is our streaming year. That Chinese mark is probably going to count, whatever subject combi you want to take. Even if it's triple science, it's going to pull down your percentage.

And however I see it, I don't see how it's going to, as you put it, 'shatter' the squad. Neither do I see a bleak future. It's a personal affair involving those who are directly concerned, and I don't see how does our squad nor SNSJ comes into it. Unless you are kpo so as to get yourself involved, that's not my problem.

And the definition of a hypocrite in the American Heritage Dictionary of English Launguage, 4th Edition is this: A person who professes beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness. Unfortunately, I can tell you that I have no intention of treating Rachel like a best friend the next day, week, month, year, century, millenium. I believe that I've also made myself very clear by not pretending to be "ke4 qi4" and making small talk with her, and basically acting as if nothing's wrong. That would come under the category of "professing feelings that I do not hold nor possess". That is because I have no intention of being "ke4 qi4".

And I believe I'm sparing her some, let's say, sarcasm by not talking to her. I don't know what kind of things I would spout if I deigned to talk to her at all. I don't feel obliged to tell you all this. Neither am I obliged to. But it seems to me that you need a little help understanding the situation, and I have too much time on my hands. And you seem to have forgotten something. We are the Yellows, and too bad, not the Reds.

ok here's the new tepid notes aic typed (frm the nursing course):
TEPID SPONGING
-7 flannels
-2 wet cloths (for cleaning)
-A basin of water ( add ice cubes if the patient's temp is abv 40deg cel)
-1 dry cloth (to dab the patient dry)
-1 big bath towel
-Incontinent sheet (which is actually the protective sheet la)
-A new set of pyjamas

person memorising:
Judge, we are now going to proceed with tepid sponging. This is to reduce the elevated body temp of the patient and only done when the temp is 38.5 degrees or above as the normal temp is 36 to 37.4 degrees. We have to do tepid sponging bcos the patient is immobile/ unconscious.
Before we continue, I’ll switch off the fans so that the patient will not catch a cold as we will undress her later.
Meanwhile, my partner will place incontinent sheet on the bed, as the bed sheet is too thin to absorb all the water. Next, she will pull the screens, allowing the patient to undress herself while she waits outside.
Next, my partner will place cold compresses: 1 on the neck, 2 on each side of the neck, one on each axilla and one on either side of the groin. These are where the major blood vessels lie.
We’ll ensure that the cold compresses are changed at frequent intervals to retain the coldness and also check if the water turns warm. If it does, we’ll change it. At the same time, we’ll also ensure the process does not exceed 25 min.
We’ll look out for any shivering and will stop immediately if there is any because shivering produces heat and will elevate the body temp instead.
Next, we will use long sweeping downward strokes to sponge the arms, front of the body and legs. My partner will pass me the flannels as we go along. We’ll wash the wet towels in the basin after cleaning each part.
We will ensure not to rub agnst the skin, as friction will elevate the body temp and cause pressure sores to form. We will expose the patient as little as possible to protect her modesty. We will also leave a film of water behind for evaporation. We’ll turn the patient to my side and clean the patient’s back.
Lastly, we will dab the patient dry and dress her. Meanwhile, my partner will take out the incontinent sheet.
Then, we’ll switch on the fans. We’ll come back half an hour later to monitor the patient’s temp to check for the effectiveness of tepid sponging.

, we’re going to put cold compresses on you now so as to reduce your body temp. (pls do not be alarmed as now I’m going to lower down the upper part of the bed, at the same time elevating the height of the bed)

Now, my partner and I are going to place cold compresses at your forehead, neck, armpits and thigh area to reduce your body temp.
Don’t worry, we’ll only do this for less than 25 mins to prevent chill.
If you feel too cold, pls inform us ok? Because if you shiver, heat will be produced and increase your body temp.
Okay, we will remove your cold compresses and sponge your body now.
, pls do not be alarmed to feel a film of water after we finish sponging as this is required for evaporation. Now, we’ll turn you to my partner’s side to clean your back too.
I’ll dab your body dry and dress you.*If patient is willing to do it herself, let her do it.
Okay we are done with tepid sponging and will come back half an hour later to check your body temp again.
* if bed making has to be done after tepid, stick to the old notes.

um yes then some points right, must briefly explain to the patient what you're going to do so that he/she will not be alarmed la. umm then, must be very friendly to the patient cos now there's alot of focus on the patient-nurse relationship. yes tht abt it haha. and the notes right, if anyone wants the columned one (which looks neater la :P), get frm me ok.

and remember the fd sessions every tues and thurs 0700-0715!
